RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We want you to love your Felicidad piece. If it isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

To initiate a return, please email hello@felicidaddesign.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

A $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method. If the item was received as a gift, the recipient may receive merchandise credit.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

• Custom-designed pieces
• Made-to-order items
• Personalized jewelry

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping fees.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@felicidaddesign.com.
